Based upon your project and requested deadlines, I will notify you of my current availability and openings to perform desired services. I do not work Wednesdays and Saturdays and will not respond to any communications on those days. Lastly, I don’t work nor will respond past 5 PM MST time.

Based on my industry, email is to be the main form of communication for any requests and notes. ALL phone calls must be scheduled in advance. I will endeavor to reply to any emails from you within 24-48 hours. Please note, emails sent on Wednesday and Saturday may incur an extra day. I respond by the order received.

All Video or Photo Shoot Session cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled date will incur a cancellation fee of $50, to be added to the final amount due upon completion.

Unless a payment plan has been agreed to, all payments are due the day of project completion. After the aforementioned due date has passed, a recurring late payment fee of $50 will be added to the final amount due each week (7 days) that the payment is late, following the initial due date.

If you refuse or fail to pay upon project completion, the project will return to me in full and will NOT be distributed to the you until a full payment, plus any applicable late fees, is made. No new projects will be started until the balance is paid in full. I reserve the right to pursue any applicable legal actions to recover owed compensation.

I will endeavor to meet any deadlines and allot ample time to complete your project, as long as they are reasonably stated to me with prior and adequate notice. 2 weeks minimum notice is required for any deadlines, as deadlines under such cannot be guaranteed.
